From Grumpy
One of the-many wonders to discover on this beautiful planet, one and only one, is the privilage to watch a child/young person grow and to have them so willingly and without asking for anything express their delight, or wonder, or confusion. To play with All children and All young animals is truly, perhaps, the most important opportunity that we get during our short life. I must always try to learn from the little ones, no matter from where, when or how.
EVERYONE, please, please learn from the children (the young).
One thing that I have learned is that ALL children want a hug ........ but just a small one, most times.
A Story to West: (under development)
'9' year old West can build anything with Lego’s and all creative toys (he BELIEVES that there are variations to everything), can CREATE anything (amazing mazes in the snow), can tell stories (Cadio) with the BEST OF STORY TELLERS (both young and old).
A Story to Grey: (under development)
7 years old; Building Leggos way beyond your years, drawing anything that you visualize and so determined with every task. OBSERVING with intensity, then moving with DETERMINATION.
A Story to Wolf: (under development)
4 years old; A FORCE to be reconed with. Perhaps because he is a second child. A sponge, unbelieveably GENTLE (loves his cuddles), determined and fierce. A deep THINKER who makes his conclusions quickly.
A Story to Ciel: (under development)
4 years old; A FORCE to be reconed with. Perhaps because she is a second child. A sponge, unbelieveably gentle ( as she touches mama's face) determined and fierce. SUPER fast to learn anyhing and everyhing.
Ammy and I have watched and listened to her sing ("....twinkle, twinkle little star ....") or (" ....a, b, c, d, e, f, g, .....") to attentive young deer ..... more than once. The young deer, perhaps the same one, just stop, completely in the open and but 10m away, with ears turning and twitching, not moving another muscle while the adult deer beckon, hearing yet unresponsive ........ as we walk through the forest.
